"Checkout was more annoying than I expected"
I tried placing an order on saltum.com, and the checkout was more irritating than I thought it would be.
The page was loading slowly, and my payment didn’t go through the first time. The annoying part was that it didn’t really explain what went Wrong, so I had to refresh and re-enter some of the info again.
It did eventually work, so I got through it, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth process. They really need clearer checkout errors because right now it feels kind of Clunky.

"Setup Took Its Sweet Time"
Getting the account set up took way longer than I expected. I guess if you enjoy waiting around for something that should be straightforward, it’s not a big deal, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest start.

"Pricing could’ve been clearer"
The site itself was easy enough to use, but I got frustrated trying to figure out what I’d actually be paying. A few fees and details didn’t seem obvious until later, and I would’ve really preferred seeing the full price upfront instead of having to guess

I’m not sure if I just had a worse experience than most people, but i wasn’t happy with this site. It felt frustrating to use, and overall it just didn’t meet my expectations. Maybe I missed something, but I don’t think I’d use it again.

The warranty made it seem like I’d be covered easily, but actually dealing with it was more confusing than I expected. It kind of made me wonder about the overall quality too, since the guarantee sounded a lot stronger than it ended up being.

I usually like how easy it is to check items online, but this was frustrating. It showed the item was available, so I made the trip, and it wasn’t actually there. The store itself was fine, but the stock info really needs to be more accurate

"Returning my order was more frustrating than I expected"
I tried to return my order, the whole process was annoying. Maybe I missed something, but the steps weren’t very clear, and it took a while to get replies. I’m still not totally sure when I’m supposed to get my refund, which is stressful. I don’t think I’d order from them again, though maybe I just had bad luck.

I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, support did get it sorted out in the end. Maybe I was expecting it to be quicker than usual, I'm not sure, but it definitely felt like it took longer than it should have. Overall, it was okay, just not amazing.

I signed up thinking it would be straightforward, but then I started wondering what information they were actually keeping and how I’d delete it if I wanted to. The privacy details weren’t exactly easy to understand, and I couldn’t find simple opt-out controls without digging around. I also started getting emails I didn’t really expect, which was annoying. Maybe I overlooked something, but it kind of felt like they don’t make this stuff super clear on purpose, and that didn’t make me feel very comfortable sharing personal details.

Support did end up helping me, which I really appreciated, but I had to wait a while before getting a response. I get that things can be busy, but it felt a little slow to me. Overall, they were helpful once they got back to me.

I thought this was going to be a lot nicer based on the photos, but once I had it in my hands it just felt kind of cheap. It looked decent at first glance, but the quality didn’t really match what I expected. Personally, I wouldn’t buy it again.

I tried saltum.com mainly because I was hoping to find some solid discounts and promos. A few of the deals were decent, but some didn’t end up being as good as I expected once I got to checkout. The site itself is easy enough to browse, but I do wish the promo details were clearer upfront. Overall, it’s not bad, just not quite as impressive as I thought it might be.

"Refund process was a joke"
I had to wait forever just to get my refund back, which is pathetic for a business that’s supposed to know what it’s doing. Definitely not bothering with them again.

"Had to wait around a bit"
I’ve ordered a couple times now, and while everything was fine once it finally showed up, the timing hasn’t been great. I was trying to plan around the delivery window and ended up waiting longer than expected again, so it’s starting to feel like they’re not the most reliable with getting things delivered on time.

"Honestly, it just didn’t feel worth the price"
Maybe I’m being a bit picky because I’ve been trying to watch my spending lately, but I felt like I paid more than what the experience was worth. The service was okay, just nothing that really made me think, “yeah, that was money well spent.”

For the price, I guess I expected something a little more polished or better quality. I know I probably should’ve looked into it more before buying, so that’s partly on me, but it still ended up feeling basic overall.

I don’t think I’d use saltum.com again unless the prices came down quite a bit. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it just didn’t feel like good value for the money.

I ordered from saltum.com and the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up crushed on one side, and there was barely any padding inside, so everything had clearly been sliding around during shipping.

What confused me more was the email made it sound like the order was packed and handled properly, but what arrived told a totally different story. For a paid order, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just basic safe packaging. It felt rushed and cheap, and I probably wouldn’t order again if this is how they ship stuff.
